Review the New Mailbox
When you click Next, the Account Wizard will search online for your Office 365 server. It may take a few seconds. Then, the wizard will indicate that the setup was successful.
Close the wizard

2. Try It: Review the New Mailbox
Click on the new Inbox.

What Do You See? The new E-mail Account has the same data as the folders online in Office 365. The folders include the Inbox, Drafts, Sent Items and the Deleted Items. The Calendar and Contacts are mirrored as well.

What Do You Else See? Look at the bottom left in the Status bar. There should be a note that says this account is Connected to an Exchange Server and that All folders are up to date.

Exchange Servers are sooooo cool.
